Claranet 1978

Again, High School stuff - but since I'm late posting an art piece I thought it'd be nice to post twice. The last one was fantasy, she come out of no where, this one is life drawing, still life that is. Any woodwind people in the house? Have a great week end everyone!

My mom insisted that I learn to play the flute in grade school. I'm glad she did, because I would have never have learned to read music, but, I wasn't real great at it. I spent four years pretending to blow and twiddling my fingers. Perhaps, I should have tried the clarinet...........

I was flute, too in grade school. Short stint. It seemed I hit a certain level of above-mediocre (as I do in many endeavors) and sort of petered out after awhile. Guess it wasn't my passion, huh?

Great art! LOVE IT!!!
