Something beautiful in the e-mail files from a beloved friend o' mine...
I saw 'em at the Art Exhibit today, in fact.
I was escorting a (surprize!) visitor - from way, way, way out of town.
I've been busy beyond belief, but - I'm none too busy, to squeeze out every moment I can in "visiting" with him and to have my Breakfast with the man, too - come sunrise, at least, that's what he suggested to me this morning. *sighs* It has been such a long time.....

So who was the surprise visitor??? huh huh huh huh
...am i to think this has something to do with op~?
Burfica - The surprise visitor was someone you know! Bob Kirner. That 'master craftsman' Bob - I'd blogged about eons ago - the one that sent me the exquisite jewlery box he'd crafted from popcycle sticks. By vertue of serendipity he's been in town visiting his daughter, and me too, now, I guess we could say. =)
It was a pure pleasure to walk him through the gallery. I had put his jewlry box on display with my business cards... I got to see the smile, the sweetly pleased look on his face when he saw his own handiwork there! That's when I leaned in to his ear and whispered, "I've always thought YOUR stuff should be on display - showing in a Fine Arts building."
=) =) (double smiles!!)
It's been years - we'd had much to catch each other up on...
